Shipping & Handling
The order is usually shipped within 24 hours. We ship using FedEx Ground.
Pricing will vary between 5% - 10% of the order total depending on the
number of units ship and where the order is shipped.
If desirable, we can use your FedEx, UPS or other shipper account number.
Payment
Online order payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover. Telephone or mail order
sales may be made by credit card, prepaid with check/money order or C.O.D. For check/money order, please make it payable to TalentLight
Claims
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. In cases of
damage, save damaged items and shipping carton and contact local office of
appropriate carrier and request a damage inspection. Do not return damaged
merchandise without authorization. Claims for damage will not be honored if the
above not adhered to.
Return Policy
All promotional sales are final. No returns.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for exchange
or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 15 days from shipment date.
The merchandise must be returned
in original condition and packaging, or otherwise, 20% restocking fee may apply.
Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is damaged.
Replacement is available for defective merchandise.
Merchandise is to be returned freight prepaid.
All returns must be accompanied by an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Unauthorized returns will be subject to 20% restocking fee.
